Audiologist, Founder & CEO

Samantha J. Morehouse, AuD, ABAC, CH-TM, is a dedicated audiologist and the founder & CEO of the Tinnitus Relief + Advanced Audiology Center. She specializes in innovative treatment approaches for tinnitus and complex hearing disorders, with a passionate commitment to improving quality of life through personalized auditory care.

With over a decade of clinical expertise developed through experience at a local private practice followed by her tenure at Mercy Health, Dr. Morehouse has helped hundreds of individuals regain their auditory comfort and confidence. Her practice blends cutting-edge diagnostic technology with compassionate, evidence-based care to address the full spectrum of hearing challenges.

Since June 2023, Dr. Morehouse has served as a Board Member of the American Tinnitus Association, where she advocates for greater awareness and improved treatment options for those suffering from tinnitus. A proud University of Cincinnati graduate with both her Doctorate of Audiology and Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders, she brings a perfect balance of academic knowledge and practical expertise to every patient interaction.

Tiffany Hawkins

Practice Manager

With nearly a decade of healthcare experience, Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge and a patient-centered approach to our practice management team.

Starting as a receptionist in family medicine in 2017, Tiffany advanced to become a certified Medical Assistant in 2019, gaining valuable clinical and administrative experience. She completed her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration in 2021 and most recently served as an Audiology Assistant from 2023 to 2025, developing specialized expertise in hearing healthcare operations.

As our Practice Manager, Tiffany oversees daily operations, staff development, and patient experience initiatives, ensuring our practice runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys exploring nature trails with her beloved beagle and cheering enthusiastically at her children’s sporting events. Tiffany’s diverse experience and genuine passion for healthcare excellence make her an invaluable leader for our practice.

Joelle Moorhead

Audiology Assistant

Joelle is a dedicated nursing student, and audiology assistant at Tinnitus Relief + Advanced Audiology Center, where she's found meaningful work combining clinical expertise with compassionate patient care. Her path to healthcare began in high school through vocational training, where she earned multiple certifications including Patient Care Technician, Certified Nurse Aide, and Medical Assistant—building a strong clinical foundation that now informs her work in audiology.

As an audiology assistant, Joelle supports patient evaluations, develops comprehensive patient histories, and provides attentive care to individuals navigating tinnitus and hearing challenges. She's particularly drawn to our center's neurologically-focused, individualized approach because it aligns with her belief that meaningful patient care requires both clinical skill and genuine human connection.

As she continues her nursing studies, Joelle brings a unique perspective to our team: someone who understands that clinical credentials are just the beginning, and that true healing comes from showing up with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine investment in each patient's journey toward better hearing health and improved quality of life.
